Position: HRIS Analyst Location: MA Duration: 12+ Months *HRIS Analyst * The HRIS Analyst will support the global HRIS activities of the Human Resources Community and will be based at the corporate headquarters in MA. Responsibilities include: · Provide support, analytics and systems administration in an Oracle environment for HR processes including the annual compensation planning process (including salary planning and bonus allocations) managed in Compensation Workbench · Provide HR integration systems support for company acquisitions including mass uploads of employee data, data integrity checks, reporting and analytics · Help to develop and improve HRIS training for HR, employees and managers · Assist in the implementation of Workday including data collection, file preparation and UAT.
