Candidates must be quick learner’s and be able to hit the ground running to meet aggressive project timelines. *JOB DESCRIPTION :::* SUMMARY Design, develop, deploy, document and support Web services and applications. *JOB FUNCTIONS:* Key responsibilities which take no less than 10% of overall job time • Design and Development experience *with .NET Framework 4.5, C#, MVC, Angular JS, Web API, Web Services (SOAP, REST)* • Strong on Oracle and *MS SQL Server, nHibernate *Manage projects through completion: gather initial business requirements and obtain approval; create work plan; and ensure timely completion. • Create detailed specifications; design, code and document for new or existing Applications and Services. • Perform technical analysis and resolve production issues. • Assist with implementation and training to support new programs. • Proactively identify programming needs and anticipate customer needs by providing relevant solutions. • Assist with resolution of Help Desk tickets or other operational issues. • Act as a mentor to less experienced associates. • May perform other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Five (5)+ years’ experience developing web-based applications in .NET/Oracle environment (C# required) • Solid understanding and experience with software installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes • Strong skills and knowledge of relational database design and development using Oracle • Experience with *WCF, MVC and nHibernate a strong plus*. • Understanding of the Agile methodology, code management and software development lifecycles is desirable • Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time.
