We are looking for a relational database(Oracle 9i/10g/11) developer who
would be responsible for the design, development and implementation of
software(web) applications utilizing Oracle database, PL/SQL procedures and
packages. Candidate must have solid hands-on experience with Oracle schema,
database objects, tables, views, packages, procedures, functions, triggers,
sequences, indexes, and constraints. Candidate would be expected to
create/update/tune Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, cursors, database
functions and complex queries using tables, views, joins etc. Candidate
should have proven expertise and proficiency in evaluating systems
specifications and business process functionality requirements and leverage
that expertise to implement highly efficient and cost-effective
software/package solutions. Candidate will be responsible for analyzing
business and system requirements , development of new applications and
enhance/extend functionality of existing applications. Candidate will be
responsible for supporting system quality assurance and testing efforts for
business critical features and functionality roll outs.
Candidate should be a self-starter and open to working on multiple projects
and be comfortable in a multitasking/fast-paced environment. Candidate must
be flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly as external environment,
scope and requirement changes come in. Candidate should possess good
problem solving, analytical, diagnosis, debugging and troubleshooting
skills. Candidate should be a team player and have good communication
skills.
