Candidate must be highly proficient technically, well organized, able to multitask, and be eager to learn new tools and techniques. Candidate must be highly motivated and highly productive. This position will participate in the design, development and implementation of multiple applications. *Duties and Responsibilities:* - Research, design and develop new features for company sites/applications - Develop .NET applications, web sites, web parts, and services - Develop and deliver to a release schedule working as a cooperative team member - Troubleshoot code and performance issues. - Participate with development team in design/code reviews to ensure consistency in architecture and design/code practices. *Skills and Qualifications:* - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong object-oriented software development and problem solving skills. - *8+ solid years of professional experience developing in C#.Net and ASP.Net.* - *4+ years working with WCF Services and/or REST services and/or Web API.* - *Experience working with .Net Framework 4.0 and 4.5.* - Experience with object oriented analysis/design. - Experience working with Visual Studio 2013 and TFS. - Experience in the Agile Software Development Methodology. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills. - Ability to effectively change design and development approaches as the business requirements dictate. - Ability to work independently or in a team environment and effectively meet project deliverables on time. - Strong analytical skills and an ability to provide creative solutions to problems. - Mobile Development Experience is a plus. - Sitecore 6.X/7.X development experience is highly desired. - Ability to work effectively with SQL Server 2012 is highly desired. *Additional Qualifications: * - Communication skills that can energize multi-disciplined work teams to respond to business needs. - Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team. - Strong organizational and customer service skills. - Ability to identify solutions, recognizes the impact of alternatives, and determines a solution which results in the optimum outcome for the business unit. - Must be able to manage resources, timelines, deliverables and expectations for related projects. - Must be comfortable and good at interacting and communicating with all levels inside and outside of the IT department ============================================- Thanks and warm regards, *Manoj Kumar* Technical Recruiter || United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
