Including; monitoring existing communication links and orchestrations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1. Orchestrate integration projects and strategies between business units and development teams. 2. Collaborate with analysts, designers, system owners and Business Partners in the development and testing of integrated software programs to applications. 3. Develop and architect program logic and the interoperability of new applications with existing system software. 4. Ensure the integration projects meet business requirements and milestones, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues. 5. Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives 6. Enhance and improve business processes via integration, or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on existing processes 7. Evaluate the results of integration projects, reporting and making recommendations based on facts and corrective action findings. 8. Document all core integration processes and development efforts for all phases of the software integration lifecycle. 9. Performs additional duties as required, including participation in a rotating on-call systems support JOB SPECIFICATIONS: This position requires the ability to resolve problems in an environment where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. The incumbent must also have the ability to recognize communication and integration flaws and issues and provide solutions to correct and promote them to production KNOWLEDGE: This position requires a minimum of 2 years of enterprise-level application integration experience, a Bachelor’s Degree and appropriate certification and training. SKILLS: Experience working with and strong knowledge of XML, Stylesheets, XPath, SQL, queries, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions (UDF). Database knowledge is required preferably with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, DB2. Middleware experience with Cast Iron and/or IBM Websphere desired ABILITIES: This position requires strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work both individually and as a part of a team. The incumbent must have strong problem solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. WORKING CLIMATE: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required to meet deadlines. Some travel may be required for the purpose of software and hardware deployment, presentations, training and problem resolution.
