Senior System/Data Analyst St Louis, MO (Need Local or Nearby Only) 6+ Months Enterprise Architecture team provides data and integration services across multiple technology domains within MasterCard Technologies Capabilities supported include Master Data Management, web services development, and various other enterprise level data and service integration capabilities Systems analyst position will provide ongoing technical expertise and support to the development lifecycles of MasterCard products and ancillary applications Focus may be on core and/or non-core products and in various stages of the overall project cycle. Close partnership with Business Analysis and the technology teams to ensure that business and functional requirements are aligned appropriately with MasterCard Technologies Do you have agile experience, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and are you adaptive to change? Provide technical analysis of product or application hardware and software to ensure that business and functional requirements can be met. Act as liaison between the business and technical teams in such areas as data quality, data queries, master data management, service integration, and data administration functions. Manage agile project scrums, and serve as central coordination point for development team, testing group, and business stakeholders. Develop and execute testing strategy through partnership with testing team and management of testing resources. Lead JAD sessions and guide technical teams to come up with solutions High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment. High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills. Ability to train/guide more junior resources. Strong technical and data analysis skills. *SQL *experience preferred. Background working under *agile *structure. Intermediate knowledge of *agile *toolset.
