Therefore, the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff within the organization is a key priority in this role. *Job responsibilities:* · Create clear and maintainable designs and code as well as review the code, develop roadmaps, and establish standards related to development methodologies. · Lead the design and architecture discussions with Senior Developers, Technical Architect or Technical Delivery Leader (TDL). · Actively participate in estimation, task definition, implementation efforts and status updates. · Shepherd code that has been developed through the development process and lead the efforts of planning/migrating the code into production systems efficiently. · Work closely with key departmental, management and project stakeholders across the organization. *Required Skills:* · 10+ years of hands-on skills in ASP.Net, C#.Net and Java architecture and development · (JavaScript, JSP). · 10+ years of .Net Framework experience. · 8+ years of Java and J2EE architectural experience. · System architecture and development experience in a high transaction/high availability systems. · Experience in designing and developing software products. · Strong background in full lifecycle development using multiple platforms or languages. · Full understanding of Object Oriented Programming. · 10+ years of advanced OOA/OOD techniques to design enterprise applications leveraging industry best practices. · 10+ years of e-Commerce application experience. · Expertise with internet protocols such as http(s), SOAP, XML over http/https. · 10+ years of UML modeling and use case driven development is required. · 10+ years of experience with XML related technologies including XSLT and SOAP. · Experience in integrating OO (.Net and Java) applications with legacy systems. · 10+ years of experience in security systems and frameworks (JAAS, LDAP). · 10+ years of experience designing and developing Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services. · 8+ years using various relational databases including Sybase, Oracle 11, DB2, SQL Server. · Minimum of 5 years developing and designing Jasper Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS). · Solid understanding and hands-on skills with Jasper Reports version 3.X and 4.X. · Ability to interact at a technical and non-technical level with Management, Infrastructure, Network, Development, BA and QA teams. · Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including facilitation and team leadership skills *Certifications:* · Microsoft certification is desirable.
