Knowledge of the e-learning platform Captivate preferred. Experience in Hyperion preferred, or at least financials applications experience. Organizational Change Management consultant with experience in training strategy, training needs ananlysis, training material development and train-the-trainer techniques.Knowledge of the e-learning platform Captivate is required. In addition, consultant will develop a client business engagement strategy and plan and play an advisory role in assisting client in executing the business engagement plan.
