*Need GC/GC-EAD/US Citizens* *Position: Oracle DBA* *Location: Norristown, PA* *Duration: 6 months Contract* *Description: * · Responsible for the administration, optimization, monitoring, tuning and backup/retrieval of enterprise databases. · Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining user access, space management, database refreshes, and database security. · Monitors database for potential problems and creates end-user reports. May write and tune SQL or PL/SQL code. · May participate in data migration activities or work with application development teams to provide database access and knowledge. · Provides appropriate consulting, interfacing, and training for users. · Establishes and maintains policies, standard operating procedures, and associated documentation for user interaction with the database environment. · A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Database Administrator is required.
