Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the OPT/CPT/EAD
candidates for online training/ Classroom Training/Marketing.
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
Sourcing tracking the resumes from DICE, Monster, Desiopt & Internal
Database.
Extract the resumes from the resume data bank.
Concentrating candidates who are on like F1 (OPT /CPT) TN, GC, Citizens and
H1B visa status.
Screening the resumes and maintain separate database.
Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
Should possess Good communication and convincing skills.
Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate
daily reports and update them.
Following up with candidates.
