Job Role: Project Manager - Web Content Management System Location: Livingston, NJ Duration: Longterm contract Web Content Management System (CMS) Project Manager. Position Description: The project manager will be responsible for scheduling resources, issue management, budget and schedule tracking for the content management system (CMS) migration project. We are seeking a project manager experienced in developing large scale websites and corresponding CMS implementations. The individual must be comfortable managing off-shore resources, coordinating interdepartmental resources, and leading a vendor professional services engagement. This key member of our team should have the breadth and depth to contribute to the technical solution while also effectively managing the scope and budget and engaging with the client stakeholders to assure that the solution we create addresses the client’s business requirements. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a project manager in a corporate environment. • Experience managing or implementing a Web Content Management System in a corporate environment (Preferably Adobe AEM and/or Oracle 10g) • Experience managing a vendor professional services engagement. • Minimum 8 years of experience using a formal Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies preferred • Relevant software skills, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project and Visio. • Ability to articulate ideas to all levels of management, and to technical staff. Candidate must be comfortable communicating with very senior levels of management in the organization. • Ability to be a team player, and apply logical temperament, organizational skills and sound leadership • Strong verbal/written communications skills and problem solving abilities Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Experience in implementing web analytics for a corporate website. (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends etc.) • Knowledgeable of SEO best practices and related technologies. • Experience managing a team of offshore development resources.
