*Position:*  *PC/LAN SCCM Administrator*

*Location: Atlanta, GA*
*Process:*  *Phone screen and in-person interview required*

*Education:*        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related
field experience.

*Skills Required:*

·         Strong administrative knowledge of Microsoft SCCM 2007 required
SCCM 2012 highly desired
·         Ability to administer remote devices using command line utilities
(sc, cacls, reg, runas, schtasks, Microsoft PSTools, etc.)
·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Scripting technologies
(VBScript, PowerShell, AutoIt, batch, Wise, Perl, etc.) ***
                     Any scripting technology is ok
·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP Professional
·         Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7
·         Working knowledge of Microsoft networking technologies
·         Working knowledge of Ethernet based TCP/IP Networking Technologies
·         Ability to work independently and as a team member
·         Ability to show initiative, a positive attitude, and flexibility
·         Good verbal and written communication skills
·         Troubleshooting/analytical ability

*Skills Desired:*
·         Experience with iOS and Android OS (phones and pads/tablets)
·         Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration
(AirWatch, MobileIron, Afaria, Good, etc.)
·         Working knowledge of Altiris/Symantec
·         Knowledge of GPOs and how they work

*Experience Required:*
·         Real world SCCM 2007/2012 administrative experience including:
o    Creating collections and queries
o    Creating packages and running reports
o    Troubleshooting package distribution across a WAN
o    Management of BDPs
o    Strong Client troubleshooting
o    Recognizing and repairing client WMI problems
o    Client installation/troubleshooting/repair
·         Advanced troubleshooting of remote devices that are on the domain
or in a workgroup
·         Experience supporting remote devices in a large enterprise
organization
·         Ability to understand basic scripts (see Skills Desired above ***)
·         Advanced script writing is a plus but not required

The successful candidate will be become a member of the Device Management
team within IT PC\LAN. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be the
day to day support of remote devices that may or may not be attached to a
domain. The ability to think outside of the box to resolve issues is a
daily requirement. The candidate will be expected to analyze complicated
systems and document application standards.
·         Occasional overnight travel for work is likely so the candidate
would be expected to participate. Potentially 3-5 nights per month

*Responsibilities:*
The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for SCCM 2007
administration as well as providing Level 2 PC/LAN support, troubleshooting
problems, interfacing with customers, Information Technology personnel, and
other departments in a large corporate environment. Individual will need to
be self-motivated and must be able to work independently or as a team
member on large projects.

*NOTE:* This is not a Help Desk SCCM.
This is a senior SCCM Admin with strong day to day knowledge / experience
of all SCCM aspects
They will be moving to SCCM 2012 in about 6-12 months.
