Working closely with ITS service providers, project management, and IT personnel from participating State agencies, actively participates in the technical software design, development, test, and implementation of the ECIDS application. Develops and maintains software components, web services, and other technical artifacts that comprise the ECIDS application. Contributes to the overall technical design and architecture of the application in collaboration with the Technical Architect role. Develops and maintains as needed/required technical design documentation including physical/logical application architecture diagrams, data base schemas/models, information architecture designs, integration and interaction diagrams, application hosting and connectivity designs, and other technical design documentation.
