Job Role: SAP HR Payroll Analyst

Location: Houston, TX (locals would be preferred)

Length: 6 months



Responsibilities:

• Responsible for configuration in the Time, Payroll, PA, OM, ESS/MSS
modules of SAP.

• Provide Functional Design specifications and requirements for
configuration and development for Time and Payroll.

• Responsible for ensuring Time and Payroll modules within SAP comply with
provisions of all labor union contracts.

• Recommend process improvements and system solutions to meet business
objectives.

• Monitor and ensure efficiency of all interfaces to/from Time and Payroll
modules within SAP.

• Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve HR/Payroll/Time system and data issues.

• Support Payroll including but not limited to Payroll PCR's/Rules, BSI TUB
Updates, Tax Model configuration, GL configuration, garnishment
configuration, wage type configuration, general tax configuration. The
incumbent will also work closely with those who support Payroll,
Payroll/Time Configuration, Personnel Administration, Organizational
Management,

E-Recruiting, ESS/MSS, and workflow.

• Responsible for daily production support and the translation of new
business requirements into technical and functional

design of the SAP template.

• Support the design, configuration, testing, documentation and
troubleshooting of the SAP HCM solution set.



Requirements:

• 6-8 years minimum SAP ECC 6 HR/Payroll configuration experience and Time,
OM, PA and Benefits business analysis and requirements gathering

• Expertise in the following SAP functional areas: Time Management,
Payroll, Benefits.

• Basic knowledge of the SAP Finance

• Sound knowledge of project management methodology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related knowledge and
experience.

• Strong analytical and customer service skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong English).

• Must have participated in at least 3 SAP implementations.

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP HR/Payroll schema’s
