Here is the requirement for the below position please do respond me with the Updated profile to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* or reach me at 408-668-8260 Position: IT - Business Systems Analyst III Location: Richfield, MINNESOTA Duration: 12 months *Description:* Tell me about your department/Overall Role: MOBILE Department- Beast •As a Business Systems Analyst, the candidate will define and document business and functional application/system requirements to support the mobile business. •Specifically, the candidate will assist in the creation of an activation system used in all Client's Store locations. •This position works very closely with a middleware team that provides services (API’s) used to communicate with various internal and external partners. *Position Overview: * Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: •Work closely with and foster good working relationships with the business and integration partners •Participate in and facilitate JAD sessions •Business process modeling (as-is and to-be) •Requirements documentation •User interface design •API Mapping •UML activity diagramming •Review test cases and test scripts •Review application to validate that requirements are met •Work closely with onshore and offshore development teams *Skills Overview:* What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate? •Minimum 7 years of experience writing requirements for large system integration projects as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst. •Experience working in a large corporate environment •Experience working in extremely fast-paced environments •Experience in wireless/telecom, subscription services, or retail point of sale. •Application UI design (web and/or desktop) •Writing use cases and activity diagrams •Experience validating system behavior against requirements •Usability lab experience – designing sessions and formulating actions based upon results •Experience working with offshore development teams •Experience with various development methodologies.
