Experience in building and leading the data governance and data cleansing is required. Proven experience with administration and/or development with one or more of the following database systems: Oracle DB, Microsoft SQL, My SQL. Must possess a passion for technology with the ability to excite and motivate other team members in various roles in the organization. Experience with data movement and governance tools for ETL and Data Quality purposes. Experience in refactoring and tuning enterprise databases and data access. Experience with development and enforcement of standards and guidelines for database design and access. Extensive experience with Agile development methodologies, and proven experience in working with offshore teams to deliver excellent results, building scalable, reliable, robust, and enterprise class data solutions. Experience with researching new and emerging technologies to realize development or product cost efficiencies.
