Required Skills & Experience: . 5 - 7 years or more experience in a Senior or Lead role. . At least five years' experience in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Metrics, and Manual Testing. . Experience in Testing Methodology and applying best in class practices. - Strong leadership skills to oversee several projects . Experience in leading a team to produce high quality test work products, such as a Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Traceability Matrices, Test Summary Reports and other key testing deliverables. . Experience successfully creating and tracking resource plans at a detailed level. Planning and estimating resources. . Must have the ability to communicate at multiple levels of management. . Experience with providing testing services in Retail and eCommerce. . Experience in coordinating testing across organization and working with testing partners. - Prior experience with Agile and Waterfall methodology projects. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills & Experience: . Understanding of concepts of Performance testing and Load Testing - Experience with testing tools - Experience with providing testing services in Mobile. Educational Requirements: .
