Role: Business analyst Location: New York City, NY Duration: 24 Months Interview: In-person only (Local only) Mandatory Skill/Expertise A minimum of 5 years' experience gathering and documenting operational documents for technology projects. Knowledge of technology especially web based applications. Experience planning and strategizing alternate business processes for DR planning or Continuity of Operation especially in conjunction with technology use. Experience planning and conducting User Acceptance testing. Experience planning and conducting Pilot User Work Group Sessions. Experience planning and conducting User Training. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates a developed understanding and interest in internet technologies and browser-based computing. Good interpersonal Skills, Problem solving skills & Time management skills Demonstrated proficiency in organization and communication. Experience working with large teams to implement technology system by assisting them on the operational planning and roll out. Ability to understand, in detail, new system capabilities and functions. Ability to assess task durations and provide staff guidance. Ability to manage people to ensure they meet their deliverables. 5 or more years' of experience using MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel. Strong analytical skills in the area of process automation, technology integration. A Bachelors or Master's degree. Desirable Skill/Expertise Knowledge of business process around vital events (registration, management, archive and analysis). Experience working within Payment Processing Business process. Experience working within Online Order Management Business process.
