Workflow-Work flow administrator, Trouble shoot workflow. 3. Request Groups and control-Create request groups, concurrent programs, Analysis of issues, providing access to users. 4. Direct Access Vs User Access-Should understand the difference between Direct Access of functions vs user access functions. *Optional:* 1. Code migration-Archival, creation of AOL objects, migration through multiple environments, Proficiency in HP PPM Tool. 2. OAM (Oracle Access Management)-Diagnosis, Single Sign on. 3. OIM (Oracle Identity Management)-Should provide inputs for future implementations. 4. OID (Oracle Internet Directory)- Should provide inputs for future implementations 5.
