Duration 12 Months - Involvement with managing large complex projects. - Background in managing technical projects relating to Teradata MDM and SAP ECC - Experience adhering to and ensuring methodologies follow functional/technical standards and strategies - Past involvement with actively communicating project and operational data related issues in a timely manner to management - Familiarity with using Project and Portfolio Management tools (e.g. SolMan, Project Tailoring Tool, PPM). - Demonstrated planning and organizational skills - Project Management Professional Certified (PMP) is strongly desired 5+ years PM related experience - Solid project management background with a successful track record in carrying out objectives. - Strong ability to build milestone based work plans and more detailed operational work plans. - Effectively able to track and communicate follow-up actions and outstanding key decisions. - Strong ability to identify, structure and objectively communicate status, issues and risks for escalation to management. - Capable of quickly understanding interdependencies between work-streams, projects, and programs. - Ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels within PepsiCo and with external consultants. - Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must. The Project Manager (PM) for the Enterprise Data Center of Excellence (COE) will assist with key project management deliverables. The primary focus will be on implementing designs within the Master Data Manager (MDM) tool. The MDM Project Manager will provide support, assist with creating and tracking of designs, and requirement integration. They will ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. The PM is responsible for creating and executing project work plans, while providing revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities for designs.
