Candidate should have Healthcare Domain knowledge and be comfortable with business areas like Claims, Providers, Enrollment, and Pricing. Ideal candidate would have experience of end to end project life cycle. Requirements Gathering experience is key. Ability to lead JAD sessions and ask the right questions to the Business is Vital. Any exposure to Claims Pricing tools or projects is a plus but not required. *Job Desc:* • Minimum 5 years core experience of Business Analysis and fluent expertise delivering documents like: Meeting Minutes, Business Requirement Documents, Traceability Matrix, UAT Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Training documents. • Candidates should be able to explain entire Healthcare Claim life cycle. Candidates should have worked on Healthcare projects. • Excellent client facing presentation skills. Ability to lead meeting with SME’s and capturing minutes at the same time. • Strong Healthcare Knowledge. Candidates without Healthcare experience shall not be considered. Candidates must be able to explain various Healthcare Terminologies. • Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions, work with stakeholders to understand requirements, document workflows, review test results etc. • Strong Knowledge of Use Cases, Visio, Office, Excel and PowerPoint is required. • Healthcare Project Managers can apply for this position as well as this is a Lead BA position. • Knowledge of HIPAA, Claims, Healthcare Reform, Medicare, Medicaid, Vendor Management projects a plus!
