We are looking for a *Business System Analyst with one our client at O’ Fallon, MO* *Title : Business System Analyst * *Duration : 12 Months* *Location : O’ Fallon, MO **(Locals or from IL location only)* *Required Skills:* *This Contractor:* Business Analyst will work with a cross functional team of technical and business owners to deliver world class solutions to business problems. Do you thrive in a situation where you are allowed to provide your insights in setting the roadmap for the future of an organization? Do you enjoy doing something a little different each day you come into work? *Role:* Work in conjunction with technical resources to create a continually improving and stable application environment specifically focused on application and business functionality. Become familiar with application around it s business functionality and impact; partner with business owners to capture pain points around usability and work with development team to insure the resolution is in the pipeline. Become POC for business onboarding/pipeline development as new business groups come on board with this application and continual conversation with existing groups as changes are made to ensure cross function updates. Partner with other Business Analysts on team to come up with application support best practices and cross train/become familiar with other supported applications.
