Role : Oracle Hyperion Essabse Location : NYC Duration : 6Months+ SHOULD HAVE : • Excellent technical understanding of Oracle/Hyperion Essbase and all its related components • Expert in multidimensional cube-design, tuning and optimisation • Highly proficient in scoping and designing cube-based analytical solutions • Proven competency with the Oralce Essbase tool set, specifically Administration Services, Esscmd, MAXL, MDX and Shared Services • Must have experience in building both ASO and BSO Essbase applications. • Expert in Essbase calculation scripting and calculation optimization, business Rules, etc. • Excellent understanding of Essbase server management processes, configuration setting and cache management • Proven experience of design & build of Oracle Essbase planning, forecasting and reporting solutions in large organizations • Design, build, develop and maintain automated feeds into systems – particularly the daily data loads and hierarchies from source systems. • Experience in connecting relational sources from Essbase load rules to refresh metadata and data. • Maintain consistency in Essbase cube builds and designs across the project • Good understanding of data-warehousing and management of relational data for sourcing cube-based datamarts. • Candidate needs to possess superior analytical and communication skills with ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the organization • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
