We’re doing what’s called “hybrid” mobile development using Cordova/PhoneGap. “Hybrid” is the term used for mobile apps built using HTML 5, CSS3 and JavaScript — more of a mobile web app, not a “native” app. I think the message we could start conveying is that we’re not looking so much for a mobile developer with JavaScript experience, we’re looking for a JavaScript developer with mobile experience.
