Final interview will be in-person or Video Conference from EY office.* *Need someone strong in – MVC , ASP.Net , Entity Framework , C# and SQL Server.* · Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience. · Ability to lead and task manage software engineers and provide appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure delivery of engineering deliverables. · At least 7 years of relevant work experience with a concentration in data access layer development. · 5-7 years of experience with object-relational mappers such as Entity Framework and NHibernate. · 2-4 years of RESTful Services experience. · 7-10 years of .NET experience. · 2-4 years of ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> MVC experience. · 4+ years of LINQ experience. · 7+ years of experience with SQL Server. · 5-7 years of experience working on N-Tier'd applications. · A firm grasp of optimization techniques with object-relational mappers. · Experience working in Agile Development Methodologies such as SCRUM. · 2-4 years of experience with Team Foundation Server. · 7+ years of experience with Visual Studio. · Skilled with developing and maintaining an engineering task plan for an engineering team. · Demonstrated ability to appropriately use proper configuration management disciplines for a large engineering team. · Strong object oriented design skills and ability to articulate designs using UML diagrams · Strong communication skills. · Demonstrated experience working for large organizations on complex projects. · Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships. · Proven ability to facilitate change management with teams. · Experience in the full project and delivery life cycles - from planning to delivery, implementation and completion / handover. · Good negotiation and resolution skills. · Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. · Positive team player, willing to share knowledge. · Commitment to learning and self-improvement. · Ability to work within diverse, global, virtual teams. · Due to the nature of the effort travel may be required. · Self-driven to stay abreast of current technology trends. · Proven ability to thrive under pressure. ============================================ Thanks and warm regards, *Manoj Kumar* Technical Recruiter || United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
