*Duration:* 6 months+ *In-Person interview is NEEDED* Seeking a mid-level developer BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred * Technical Skills Required:* • Strong Java developer, 6+ years experience • Multi-threaded programming • Extensive experience with Unix scripting (Bash and/or Bourne shell, RPM,) Python would be a plus • Strong Object Oriented Design/Development skills • XML • Logging Techniques • Unit testing frameworks such as GUnit / CPPUnit • Development tools such as the Eclipse IDE • Continuous Integration experience • Test Driven Development • Significant experience implementing systems with open source tools *Other Skills:* • Excellent communications skills • Exposure to C++ is a plus as we’ll be converting legacy software to Java • Must excel in an agile/scrum team environment • AWS Cloud experience is a plus Applicant must meet MOST of these requirements. *Description:* The candidate must be a best of breed Java developer ready to hit the ground running.
