Candidates should also have experience with a major ERP package (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Lawson Software etc.) SAP is Preferred *Additional Qualifications: * Should include experience with one or more of the following: Financial tools, SharePoint, data warehousing, business intelligence, compliance, regulatory, etc. Also - 2+ years project management experience Candidate Availability - Candidates Should be available for immediate consideration and potential project start. *Requisition Summary:* Provide business and technical expertise to the global HRIS SAP system along with other HR Systems as needed. Working directly with the project team, IT, divisional HR business resources, and the technical team, the Business Analyst is responsible for business consulting, solution design, design documentation, HR system configuration, functional and integration testing, master data and process data conversion, validation, implementation, production support and post go-live support. *Essential Functions:* *Provides HRIS Application Development support and coordination, as requested, of the related systems (50%):* - Perform business process analysis to define configuration requirements - Gather requirements from internal clients and provide business and technical expertise to the process team in support of process design/blueprinting, focused on specific process areas as assigned - Provide business and configuration expertise to the assigned design team during design/blueprinting and solution modeling phase for functionality - Create Functional and Configuration specification documents including development, documentation, and executive of process/configuration test protocols - Configure the HR systems, following the guidelines created in the Functional and Configuration specification document - Implementation, and production support of all HR Systems, including HCM - Perform standard and ad-hoc reporting as needed *On small projects or annual programs provides Project Management as a leader or member of a project team (10%):* - Develops project work breakdown structures and task dependencies. - Coordinates the implementation of information systems with IT personnel and members of the business area - Directs project activities and motivates members of the project team *Provides training support (10%):* - Maintains proficiency in the primary tool set of the business area - Supports the business area in their primary tool set (see matrix in Qualifications section) - Prepares and conducts training that prepares users to meet their business objectives for both new and existing systems *Maintains relationship and communications with business and IT units (10%):* - Keeps informed of trends and new developments in technology to better understand potential means to accomplish HRIS goals - Understands the various business entities, their enabling information systems: both those developed by HRIS and by others - Serves as a liaison between other client's business areas (including IT), and the HR business area - Communicates effectively with management to enhance their understanding of the opportunities and limitations of information systems - Provides effective written and verbal communications *Other Duties:* - Perform general process and technical trouble-shooting - Work with functional team leads and project managers to ensure project plans are accurate - Provide regular communication of project plan performance and task issues to functional leads - Responsible for formal design review to include: reviewing technical designs and code reviews and providing feedback on whether the technical design and code satisfies functional specifications - Provide good test design and write test cases and review/approve the execution of those test cases ============================================ Thanks and warm regards, *Manoj Kumar* Technical Recruiter || United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
