*Job Description: Sr *Business Analyst / Functional Analysts gathers,
documents, and most importantly, analyzes application requirements,
conducts application analysis, participates in functional application
design, creates and analyzes ad-hoc reports and aids in the
escalation/resolution of project risks and issues. The candidate may be
required to participate in the development of new products and services and
lead process design activities.
1) Requires knowledge of configuration such as Maintenance Plan, Work
Centers, Task List, Planner Groups, Allocation Structures, Notification
Types, Maintenance Order Types
2) Prepare Functional Specification for RICEFW
3) Good business knowledge and how it can be mapped into SAP with respect
to business processes like preventive maintenance , refurbishment etc
4) Good communication skills (oral and written)
5) In-depth knowledge of PC usage and related software packages
6) In-depth knowledge of the specific application(s) and technologies
supported
7) Support testing for defect resolution including development of test
scenarios and scripts, execution and reporting of results using appropriate
testing tools.
8) Support Risk, Issue, Change request and Defect tracking processes
9) Test, implement and track custom developed enhancements, interfaces,
portlets, functions, queries and stored procedures.
10) Knowledge of Clarity and Open Workbench

Must be willing to mentor lesser experienced Consumers analysts
