An early response is really appreciated. *please send resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Job Role: Technical Business Systems Analyst* *Location: Seattle, WA* *Duration: 6 months (Contract to hire)* *in-person interview* *Job Description:* · Support infrastructure and architectural teams (such as Ops DBAs, Dev DBAs, Unix teams, Architects, etc). · This group will be involved with infrastructure and database initiatives. · These include, but are not limited to updates necessary for resiliency, performance, upgrades, risk & audit assessments, etc. · Partner with the Backlog Owner (Product Owner) to understand business requirements and identify use case scenarios. · Translate business requests and requirements into mature stories with acceptance criteria by gathering additional functional requirements to understand & generate technical specifications Decompose large work items/stories into smaller independent components. · Act as a liaison between Business Sponsors/Stakeholders. · Project Management and technical teams Lead work sessions with technical team members to identify missing business and functional requirements. · In addition to addressing questions or issues Perform impact and gap analysis on multiple systems and database objects in order to identify additional functional and technical requirements · Support teams resolving production issues with systems and troubleshooting guidance. · Participate in discussions that define technology solutions to complex, multi-related business problems with long-term implications *Required qualifications: * · Strong analytical and decomposition skills Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills Solid judgment with ability to creatively problem solve Demonstrated · Ability to effectively balance priorities on multiple projects Proven · Ability to work closely with infrastructure and DBA members · Working knowledge of database and infrastructure concepts *Preferred qualifications: * · Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment · Brokerage or Financial industry experience preferred Knowledge of programming fundamentals Thanks *Naveen Krishna* | Talent Acquisition *Systems America, Inc.* 115 Route 46 West, Bldg.
