The consultants should have a solid knowledge of Accounting and Finance 2. principles and Systems. 3. 2. The consultants should be familiar with the test automation and test repository tool (specifically Test link). 3. The Consultants should, based on the discussions with the various stake holders and the documentation provided by the bank, identify all the business processes in each work stream, identify the high level business flows and map them to the appropriate test cases which are available in the shared folders. 4. The consultants are encouraged to use a standard set of questions for assessment and for discussions with the various stake holders. 5 The consultants can use the existing documentation that is available on the various business processes for each module/ system in the SAP environment. 6. The Consultants should analyze the existing test cases and identify effort required to move all the test cases to TestLink test repository. 7. The consultants are expected to provide a strategy and a road map and effort to address the identified gaps in test cases vis-à-vis the business processes for each module/ system. 8. The consultants are expected to provide a road map and estimate effort to create new test cases which are currently not available for the bank’s current business processes by module/ system. 9. The consultants are expected to help develop and maintain the client relationship with IT leads and developers and manage the various stake holders’ expectations. 10. The consultants should define performance and quality metrics to measure the success of test case repository creation using TestLink. Specific Requirements 11. Master’s / Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Finance, specialized training or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 10 years relevant technical and business work experience preferably in Banking domain. 12. Good exposure/ experience in defining and implementing testing framework for SAP projects including Net Weaver based web applications. 13. Good exposure/ experience of test automation tools and their framework like QTP, SELENIUM, SAP eCATT, SAP TAO, TestLink etc. is required. 14. Prior experience with Fortune 500 clients to analyze and provide consulting services on testing framework setup. 15. Experience in successful implementation/ maintenance of TaaS model. 16. Extensive experience in documenting business requirements, developing functional specifications, defining test cases, executing test scripts (manual and automated), and providing user training and support . 17.
