*Overview:* Inovalon has an exciting opportunity for a SQL Data Analyst in our Risk Adjustment Department. Within this role, the candidate will collaborate with clinical and business individuals to evaluate healthcare data within Inovalon’s risk adjustment and care coordination product lines. The information gathered and analyzed by this team provides the foundation for answering complex client and executive inquiries on product results and performance while supporting the continued advancement of Inovalon’s service capabilities. This is an opportunity to work within the Risk Adjustment Financial and Quantitative analytics team, which incorporates varying elements and theories from several fields, including statistics, data engineering, pattern recognition, data visualization, financial modeling, and high performance programming with the goal of extracting meaning from data and creating data driven services. *Responsibilities:* - Perform complex custom analytics as needed by clients and executive management; - Develop solutions to complex software design issues during the product development cycle, keeping in mind scope limitations and the impact of other integrated products; - Design and/or develop specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of data; - Design, code, test and debug custom queries using Microsoft T-SQL and SQL Reporting Services; - Design, code, test and debug business logic for software applications using T-SQL per defined technical specifications; - Develop quality code that meets project & departmental standards; - Diagnose and address operational data requests; and - Interact with clients as needed as both a technical and functional expert. *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field or equivalent experience required; MS in computer or IT related fields or MBA preferred; - 4 years of experience in data analysis preferred; - Strong understanding in researching data issues; - Proven ability to communicate and present at the executive level, to prospects, clients and their representatives; - Business analytical skills (process flows, procedures, spreadsheets, modeling, etc.); - Must possess a high sense of accountability; - Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint; and - Knowledge and experience in T-SQL, SQL Server 2008 and various reporting platforms. *With Warm Regards* PAWAN, [image: logo_final] Genuineit LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* Making IT Happen… [image: cid:[email protected]] Ph: 713 234 5905 ext(101) [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] http://in.linkedin.com/pub/pawan-kumar/a6/818/4b3/ URL: www.genuineitllc.com [image: cid:[email protected]] According to Bill S.1618 Title III passed by the 105th US Congress, this message is not considered as "Spam" as we have included the contact information.
