This has precipitated the need to establish highly complex interfaces between the Juvenile Justice Systems and various other custom applications within OCFS. These include but are not limited to Accounts Payable, Standardization of Payments, Contracts, and a variety of various other systems.Project Scope and Objectives:This position will be a Web Application Developer with .Net and SharePoint development skills and be able to support all functionality and security requirements for the Closer to Home Initiative. They will work developing code to support the enhancements and production support for the CTH application interfaces including a comprehensive youth interventions, transitional planning support, interfacing with other appropriate systems and more.Duties will include but are not limited to:1.Work with Business Analyst on analysis and logical design.2.Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.3.Perform complex VB.Net coding.4.Assist with responding to Closer to Home data requests.5.The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Project Manager & Software Architect.6.Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle database utilizing PL/SQLThis position is for a .Net developer/coder to do:•Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team•Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work.•Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions. The person filling this position must possess the following skills and expertise:1.84 months experience developing .net web applications.2.60 months experience developing application utilizing .Net 3.5 or above.3.72 months experience writing and developing Web Services or Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).4.84 months experience developing N-Tier applications.5.36 months experience developing application with MVC patterns.6.60 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages, stored procedures and triggers.7.36 months experience with Team Foundation Server.8.48 months experience utilizing Infragistics or similar control library.9.84 months experience design & deployment of complex SWL objects and relational databases design.10.Associate’s Degree or higher.
