*Job Title : Salesforce Business AnalystLocation : Irvine, CADuration : 12+Months ContractDescription:* Lead requirement analysis efforts on a highly visible enterprise initiative to roll out SalesForce, NetSuite, Zuora and Customer Support Platform Lead analysis and business requirements gathering to develop detailed functional requirements Act as a liaison between business unit and project team to help define project scope Gather, analyze and create documents to reflect current and future business workflows and data flows Create clear, concise and effective functional as well as non-functional specifications for engineering teams Articulate complex models via detailed use case, mockups and various diagrams such as use case diagrams, state diagrams and swimlanes Conduct gap analysis, identify areas of improvements and propose integrated workflows between Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Billing and customer support department. Participate in testing effort and drive quality by engaging in User Acceptance Testing efforts Provide assistance as needed to prepare help and training documentation for various business units Contribute to our Engineering Department by sharing knowledge, assisting others, and helping Engineering Culture to improve and evolve continuously based on agile processes and principles *REQUIREMENTS:* BS degree in Computer or Information Science, Engineering or Business 8+ years experience in the field of business system analysts 5+ years experience as a functional analysts implementing NetSuite and/or Zuora Experience with SalesForce, and ServiceCloud is a plus Solid knowledge of various functional areas/business unit such as Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Billing, and Support Solid experience in Dashboard, custom workflows, ETL, data flow and data mapping Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented, agile environment Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements Understanding of canonical data models for Enterprise Integration Solution Experience with mockup and modeling tools such as Axure and Visio/Gliffy Understanding of security best practices, regulatory compliance for cloud-based solutions Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management and Software Development Lifecycle Ability to take total ownership of assignments and drive them to completion.
