JD:- Mandatory:- Axure RP, User Experience designer, Wireframe design, Adobe Illustrator *CANDIDATES PREFERRED FROM TEXAS due to urgency in starting the project* · Degree in design, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, or related field. · Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in User Experience and/or Information Architect creating detailed user workflows and interaction models. · Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Illustrator); 5+ years · Axure RP or similar wireframe/prototype tool; 3+ years · Candidate must possess strong design and conceptual skills to capture, translate, and design functional requirements merged with UI/UX best practices into software applications. · Interviewing end users; · Analyzing complex workflows, and distilling into easy-to-understand layouts and interactions; · Creating wireframe workflows; · Participating in frequent peer reviews, and reviews with users · Experience creating applications for users who have job-specific domain knowledge. · Understanding of programming concepts and how they relate creating practical design. · Has proven knowledge of desktop application design trends, patterns, usability, and best practices. · Experience creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using standard design tools (Axure RP, Illustrator, Photoshop, Visio). · Worked in a change-driven environment and able to reprioritize during design cycle · Portfolio showing serious passion for user-centered design - Have a portfolio (preferably a website) that contains only their highest quality work. - Demonstrate the ability to distill very complex concepts/workflows into easy-to-understand layouts and interactions.
