The candidate *MUST be very strong in Salesforce* support. *Position: Salesforce SupportLocation: Irvine, CA Duration: Long TermRate : Negotiable* *Job Description:* The Application Support Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting multiple functional rich high availability business applications and highly demanding business users. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to trouble-shooting complex issues, managing critical incidents and bridge calls, problem analysis, process improvement, automating repetitive tasks, maintaining knowledge base and documentation. *Work Time:* Monday – Friday: 8 AM to 5 PM, onsite. Part of On call rotation during other times. Must be flexible to accommodate changes according to business needs. *Essential Functions:* - Manages application incident support queues for problem resolution; ensuring adherence to SLAs - Takes ownership of open issues and ensures timely resolution - Communicates with stakeholders and users of status of current issues, resolutions and any trending identified - Performs analysis and troubleshooting for reported incidents prior to escalation to development or other IT resources - Creates and distributes daily management level reports pertaining to application support queues; incident, performance and defect reporting - Provides support to the application maintenance team for the work related to application maintenance/enhancement releases - Provides Level II operations support; identifies recurring issues and provides solution options to Level I/II support - Reviews and updates application support documentation, frequent support issues and resolutions *Requirements:* · At least 5 years of experience supporting Salesforce applications. · Experience in supporting the business users · Ability to represent the support team in meetings with developers, BSAs and other teams · At least 4 years of experience with UNIX and vi editor. · At least 5 years of experience writing SQL · Experience in Apex Data Loader, SQL Server, Autosys, Informatica or similar tools · Excellent verbal, email communication and documentation skills · Excellent analytical, problems-solving and troubleshooting skills · Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment *Nice to have: * 1) ITIL understanding (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management) 2) 2 years financial Industry experience 3) Experience with BMC Remedy or a similar tool *Thanks and Regards,Venu Gandru* *Solugenix Corporation* *Direct: 949-861-5931Email: [email protected] <[email protected]> Office: +1 866 SGX SOLU Extn: 1406* *Fax : (949) 861 9134* *Website: www.solugenix.com <http://www.solugenix.com/>* *Disclaimer* Your employment with the Company will be on an at-will basis such that both you and the Company have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without notice.
