3 month assignment—possibility of extension. Location: Eagan, MN - CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO MN The candidate must be an expert with Hewlett Packard LoadRunner. *Primary Responsibilities:* • Communicate with business unit representatives to determine performance expectations • Design, develop, and execute reusable and maintainable LoadRunner automated test scripts • Adherence to test design standards • Implement advance software testing methodologies, models as required • Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork • Execution of tests and verification of results *Minimum Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of software testing experience • Minimum of 3+ years of performance/capacity software testing experience • Good understanding of web application GUI design and standards • Understanding of HTML, AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, other web UI technologies • Proficiency with HP LoadRunner • Proven ability to work independently with little supervision *Preferred or Desired Qualifications: * • Java automated test procedure experience • Quality assurance training Looking for at least 5 years of testing experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred but equivalent years of experience is accepted. Manager is looking to focus on local candidates at this time. If a candidate is presented with a really strong resume - the manager will skip right to in-person interviews in order to bring someone on board asap. *Tops skills * 1. LoadRunner is a MUST 2.
