For further details please contact me at (650) 425 7342 *Please send me the resumes to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Title:* Great Plains Administrator *Location:* San Francisco, CA *Duration:* 6 Months *Responsibilities:* - Manage user provisioning, access and security for GP 2013. - Manage assigning AA projects to new users. - Manage and create ad hoc smart list reports. - Create and maintain existing management reporter financial reports. - Work with business users for yearend close process for AP, Fixed Assets, AA and GL modules. - Support changes to GP environment by researching and developing and documenting configuration changes. - Support integration manager tool for bulk uploads. - Support positive pay and EFT configuration. - Create SQL triggers as needed. Write SQL queries. - Refresh dev and test environments from production as needed. - Document installation and configuration steps and test scenarios for change control process. - Coordinate testing with business users. - Provide operational support for GP 2013, Management Reporter. - Configure and maintain Fastpath GRC platform. - Troubleshoot smart connect excel add-in. - Support SOX SOD review, IT GRC efforts and audit. - Support web services configuration roles and assignment. - Troubleshot and resolve data discrepancies and escalate to Microsoft support partner as appropriate. - Manage SSRS reporting environment. *Knowledge and Skill Set:* · 8+ years · 5+ Years of development experience · Good understanding of GP 2013 database schema. · Good understanding of the AA module. · Good understanding of general accounting principles. · Good understanding of accounts payables, fixed assets and GL. · Hands on experience working in management reporter. · Ability to write and troubleshot complex SQL queries. · Ability to create SQL database triggers. · Ability to perform SQL backups and restores. · Good understanding of SSRS reporting framework. · Experience supporting multi entity setup in GP 2013. · Good understanding of electronic funds transfer(eft) setup in GP. · Good understanding of positive pay setup in GP. · Familiar with sFTP protocol and batch scripts. · Familiar to GP web services co figuration.
