*1. 10 years of combined development or administration of MS SQL Server
2005- 2014, SSIS and BizTalk 2009.*
2. 3-5 years of experience in BizTalk Server 2009 using Orchestrations,
Pipelines, Mappings, and rules engine
3. 5-7 years’ experience with MS SQL server (T-SQL) writing stored
procedures and SSIS packages including mapping, tuning, testing and
thorough understanding of SQL concepts, schema, attributes, joins etc.

This is a tech lead position for the integration team on the support side.
It is NOT a project opportunity although there may be some project work. We
need very deep T-SQl and Biztalk 2009 skills. Must be able to design
solutions and code. Work will be 70% break/fix and small enhancement (under
40 Hours). 30% support and maintenance-resolving platform issues and
performance tuning. The lead will have 2 Biztalk developers and 4 SSIS
developers.

We are looking for an Enterprise Application Integration Support Lead to
lead integration support efforts. You will work with technical leadership
to identify standards and best practice, perform oversight, compliance and
work alignment. You must have excellent spoken and written communications
skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Job Duties:
• Create and communicate detailed design and architecture artifacts which
software development will take place.
• Work with teams to translate business requirements into technical
solutions
• Estimate and document technical effort, work breakdown structure, risks
and solutions.
• Delivery of overall technical solution to schedule and time using
Microsoft EAI stack
• Follow CHS SDLC Standards
• Develop and execute unit and system test plans to ensure software quality.
• Write and maintain software documentation
• Proper practical application and mentoring of EAI best practices
including proper use of transactional and batch integration tools,
consistency of information, standardizing and applying business rules,
enabling common facades.
• Provide leadership related to performance tuning and/or maintenance
items.
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential
application of service offerings and products provided by IT.
• Assist manager in ticket review and resource assignment.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in information technology
• 10 years of combined development or administration of MS SQL Server 2005-
2014, SSIS and BizTalk 2009
• 5-7 years’ experience in a combination of BizTalk 2006 and above
development, administration, and installation
• 3-5 years of experience in BizTalk Server 2009 using Orchestrations,
Pipelines, Mappings, and rules engine
• 3-5 years’ experience with HIS, send/receive ports, message box,
configuration database, document tracking.
• 2-4 years’ experience in Microsoft BizTalk Enterprise Service Bus Toolkit
2.0
• 2-4 years’ experience with DB2 adaptor and SQL adaptor
• 5-7 years’ experience with DB2 / SQL Server database platforms and
programming.
• 5-7 years’ experience with MS SQL server (T-SQL) writing stored
procedures and SSIS packages including mapping, tuning, testing and
thorough understanding of SQL concepts, schema, attributes, joins etc.
• 3-5 years’ experience with datamarts and operational data stores concepts
and technology
• 3-5 years’ experience with EAI concepts and best practices.
3-5 years’ experience in custom web application development; skilled in
development with .NET 4.0 framework with C#
Professional Skills:
• 3 years of proven technical support team leadership
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and conceptual
skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and foster team commitment

• Expert knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications (desired):
• Working Knowledge of SAP’s DI, Business Objects.
• Microsoft certification
