*Responsible for installation / administration / maintenance, development
and support of ORACLE SIEBEL CRM Public Sector application *

• Strong understanding of SIEBEL administration / infrastructure,
development, EAI concepts.

• Strong understanding of implementation, installation, upgrades tools,
platform engineering standards and operational best practices.

• Expert understanding of Siebel Tools, EIM, EAI, Web Services

• Strong understanding of configuring Siebel Open UI.

• Strong understanding of server architecture, Siebel architectural
components

• Ability to manage self-work to efficiently address business or internal
requirements, perform presentations and delivers related status reports.

• Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates
systems to parallel overall business strategies.

• Develops documentation such as workflow diagrams, application logic,
functional requirements, testing scripts, training materials.

• Responsible for all testing controls and alignment with project plans,
and deliverables.

• Enhances existing systems to support business processes by co-developing
requirements with user community, recommending changes to application
configurations.

• Performs job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately
perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.

• Adhere to best practices for standards for administration, design,
coding, documentation and security.

• Create system documentation to support new system implementation,
enhancement.

• Deployment, incident management and knowledge base, and training.

• Advanced knowledge and skills in IT, Business, and technology.

• Ability to conduct hands-on troubleshooting of business processes and IT
technologies.

• Ability to judge necessity and logic of all proposed system changes
within the area of their responsibility.

• Knowledge of ADM and scripting

• Knowledge of moving LOV’s, action sets, etc…

• Ability to troubleshoot a load balanced environment

• Ability to perform a full migration

• Ability to setup custom OM’s

• Knowledge of WebSSO and how it works

• Basic troubleshooting knowledge of 8.1.1.9 and 8.1.1.10

• Would be nice to have someone with a development background

• Ability to manage projects, including the ability to effectively define
requirements, scope, budget, and managing resources and time.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new processes, systems, and
technologies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively work with
all levels of management and personnel, and with outside vendors.
• Strong written communication skills.
