*Duration: 6+ months* *Rate: US$70/hr C2C* *Skills Needed:* · *MUST have EXCELLENT communications & inter-personnel skills* · *10+ years of total IT experience* · *7+ years of project management experience* · Very strong leadership skills with significant experience working in highly politically charged cultures. · Must have ability to bring leaders and teams together to work through conflicting requirements, define common, repeatable processes, and lead the design, build, test, and implementation of the solution that will meet or exceed business needs. · Experience with Waterfall methodology · Experience with Scoping, Project Scheduling, Project coordination/administration, Kick-off meetings coordination, documentation, budgeting, etc. as per the Project Delivery Process · Experience with overall Company project management working with an implementation partner that also has a project manager – reporting into the Primary Project Manager · Performed as Primary Project Manager / Leader for a successful PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Implementation (Human Resources, Base Benefits, Payroll, Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, e-Pay, and e-Benefits) · Solid experience in PeopleSoft implementations (in general) · Knowledge of the PeopleSoft HCM application – High Level required *Project Description & Responsibilities: * 1.) Implementation: The intent of ERP solutions is to deploy the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 systems with minimal customizations or modifications. Project team and Vendor to review all current systems and determine if functionality in the new release can eliminate or reduce customizations or modifications. This will minimize on-going maintenance cost and ensure a stable upgrade path. 2.) Best Practices: Implement PeopleSoft modules, features and functions that add value to current practices. The project is an opportunity to improve its business through adoption of best practices embedded in PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality and processes. 3.) Re-engineering: Modify current business processes to enable an efficient upgrade and adoption of best practices. 4.) The project will pursue changes to policy, procedure, organization and legislation in order to realize system benefits. 5.) Simplification: Minimize complexity by adopting only those modules, features and functions that provide tangible benefits from HCM practice.
