*Send resumes at [email protected] <[email protected]>* Summary of the position A Technical Lead to work out of customer location in New York, USA, where the customer is trying to consolidate legacy applications to build a new platform with modern technology stack, preferably open source. Customer is looking for a person who could lead the design of the new platform interacting with different stakeholders within the organization, convert the work into tangible piece of work and distribute to offshore team. The role is also expected to be hands-on to lead the development work as well: *Responsibilities* • Understand the requirements from the business team • Convert the requirements into technology design • Identify the right technologies, frameworks and tools to build the platform • Complete the design and get approved from the customer's technology team • Create tasks for the offshore team and manage the output • Establish build and deployment process • Develop key components of the platform *Preferred Skills / Experience* The preference of the customer is Java based technologies. Hence the candidate is expected to have a strong experience in designing and development of platforms and web applications based on Java technologies • *7-9 years of experience in software development experience in Java Technologies• Strong design capabilities with understanding of different UML representations for the software design• 5 + years of experience in Spring framework • 5 + years of experience in Hibernate with the capability to design complex domain objects* • *Should have string experience in designing and creating web services, specifically REST based services* • Experience in *EAI technologies like ESB, JMS, BPM* • Knowledge on the Java Script based UI frameworks like JQuery, Angular JS, Twitter Bootstrap • Should have worked with *JBoss Application servers* • Knowledge in ETL based tools like Informatica, Pentaho Build and engineering tools like Bamboo, Maven, Subversion, Sonar, etc I’ll be looking forward to hear from your end.
