QA Lead Minnesota -- Locals ONLY 6 Months Contract H1B *Requirements* Lead/Mentor/Management Experience Manual and Automated testing experience Independent Self-starter Ability to collaborate and mentor others Great communication Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of formal Quality Assurance experience with a minimum of 5 years of formal Quality Assurance Lead/Management experience. Extensive experience in implementing QA standards, procedures and controls. *Role :*Lead the implementation of the QA Practice processes, controls, and strategy including tools usage and quality assurance deliverables which will be used to ensure delivery of a quality product as determined by the project requirements. Estimate and summarize the QA work efforts for the project including test automation and performance testing as applicable. Review the work deliverables of the test team. Coach/mentor the test team on the testing best practices and tools usage. Define and collect metrics for analysis and reporting to measure quality assurance effectiveness. Identify trends and provide feedback by producing QA reports. Provide information on the health of the project in terms of quality.
