Please send resumes to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* IT Program Manager - Data Warehouse *Location: Minneapolis, MN* *Duration: Long Term* *Bill rate: $65/hr on C2C* As part of the Program and Project Management team for large-scale analytics efforts, you will be accountable for driving highly visible technology projects to enable world-class Data warehousing and business intelligence services for our organization. In this role, you will define, plan and lead the execution of high-value data integration, warehousing and analytics programs; this may include leading multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating cross-functional team efforts. *Responsibilities* · Lead development and approval of program definition and scoping with stakeholders including clients, delivery teams, finance team and senior management · Support development of cost/benefit assessments and solution recommendations · Prepare and maintain Project Management artifacts including Statement of Work (SOW), program scorecard, project plan, weekly project status report, project staffing forecast, timesheet entry template, log of issues, risks, action items and decisions (IRAD), project change control, and project closure document · Facilitate program and project meetings such as team status, project planning, issue resolution and artifact review, and ensure conclusive results with published minutes including meeting decisions and follow up action items · Ensure that program objectives, scope, cost, schedule and benefits are agreed to by all stakeholders · Develop and maintain program schedule and resource plans including staffing and hardware / software expense forecast · Track actual resource expenditures and budget variances · Lead project teams to complete projects on time, on budget and with highest level of quality · Ensure that program risks are identified, communicated and mitigated for successful project delivery · Provide succinct communication of program status, issues, risks, decisions and responsibility assignments to project team and management · Ensure project team compliance with program/project management and governance standards *Required Qualifications:* - 10+ years overall IT experience - 5+ years of IT Program Management experience managing multiple programs at the same time - 6 + years’ experience building repeatable processes - 10+ years of working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - 5+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements - Experience working with test plans and test cases - Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions - Proficient with Microsoft Suite of productivity tools Project, Power Point, Word, Excel, and Visio - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience *Preferred Qualifications:* - Healthcare industry experience - Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence experience - Exposure to multiple PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile (SCRUM), Iterative) - Process re-engineering and implementation experience - Professional service or IT-as-a-service experience - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification -- With Warm Regards ------------------------------ CHAVA GENUINEIT LLC contact: 512-298-3758 Email: [email protected] <[email protected]>, URL: www.genuineitllc.com Gtalkid : [email protected] - in.linkedin.com/pub/chava-anutharang/97/8b8/675/ Genuineit LLC *Certified Women Owned Business* According to Bill S.1618 Title III passed by the 105th US Congress, this message is not considered as "Spam" as we have included the contact information.
