Long term Responsible for implementing/enabling the functional areas of data management, forecasting, deal registration, Accounts, Contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports etc., Creation and customization of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, validation rules, page layouts etc. Extensive and hands on experience with Apex (Classes, triggers, methods, etc), VisualForce pages, Web services Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support train new end users on the salesforce.com application.
