Face To Face Interview.

*Requirements:*
Citrix Presentation Server v4 / 4.5.
XenApp v5 and above, with preference towards XenApp v6.5.
XenDesktop 5.x.
Provisioning Services v6.x.
Web Interface Management.
Windows Server 2003 32 bit and 64 bit and above preference towards Windows
Server 2008 – strongly preferred.
Management / Automation through PowerShell and/or VB Scripting.
VMware vSphere v4x – 5.x.

*Skills and Abilities:*
Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop advanced troubleshooting.
Analyze problems within the environment and drive to root cause resolution.
Analyze, support and administer XenApp/XenDesktop environments to include
usage, long-term strategy, network capacity and/or licensing.
Responsible for day to day activities to ensure high availability of
infrastructure that hosts mission critical systems and applications
delivered via XenApp and XenDesktop VDI platforms.
Coordination of change testing and implementation in a production
environment.
Document configurations and procedures that will be transitioned to the
Help Center and other Support teams.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration,
mapping, processes, and service records.
Incident Management – Incident Review, Follow-up, and Resolution.
