We are looking for a *Program Manager / Dealer Enrichment Coordinator for
one of our Direct client at MO*




*Title                 : Program Manager / Dealer Enrichment Coordinator*

*Duration          : Long Term Contract*

*Location          : Creve Coeur, MO*

*Interview        : Telephone and/or Skype Interview *



*Summary:*
Responsible for working with the Dealer Enrichment Lead to drive the launch
of a new IT Portal used to track and coordinate Dealer (external sellers)
training & development in FY15. System is salesforce.com based so working
knowledge preferred. Special emphasis will be on marketing, training,
communication, ad-hoc reporting and salesforce administration across all
users of the platform including sales, marketing, supply chain,
distribution strategy, and external users.

 *Major Responsibilities:*

·         Responsible for working with NetExam project launch lead,
internal IT team and Dealer Enrichment Lead for setting up of the system to
include new user ids, migrating content, setting up events, co-horts, etc.

·         Responsible for driving usage and adoption of NetExam throughout
the organization by executing training and marketing activities as directed
by the Dealer Enrichment Lead.

·         Assists users with questions, concerns and issues, escalating and
working with crossfunctional managers in varying departments to resolve.

·         Creates ad hoc reports which support the business needs.

·         Updates system records, information and data as needed.

·         Assists in obtaining necessary approvals and tracking for CEU
credits with the CCA organization

·         Works closely with USIT support to correct defects and
deficiencies.

·         Develops an in-depth knowledge of US Commercial's NetExam/
salesforce.com instance providing suggestions for improvement when
appropriate

·         Assists in delivering training to a broad range of users

·         Supports business users by reinforcing business processes as well
as system capabilities

·         Understands the business process as well as the system
capabilities

·         Some travel required

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Strong training and mentoring skills

·         Knowledge of salesforce.com, or similar platform IT platform

·         Ability to prioritize effectively, attend to details and produce
high-quality work

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including
teamwork, coaching, writing, listening, and speaking

·         Ability to demonstrate the core competencies (communication,
productivity, quality, responsiveness, leadership)

·         Ability to work with others or independently on assigned tasks,
as well as to accept direction and report progress to others

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, as well
as maintain professionalism, composure and effectiveness under pressure and
in changing conditions Ability to learn new duties and adjust to new
situations encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time

·         Ability to maintain constructive relationships with people at all
levels of an organization (both inside and outside the company)

·         Ability to respond to common project-related inquiries from staff
and clients

·         Ability to work with suppliers and vendors providing direction
where appropriate

·         Good judgment in dealing with clients and outside vendors and
preventing internal company information from being passed inappropriately

·         Strong customer service orientation

·         Commitment to company and client values



*Training and Experience:*

·         Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience

·         Demonstrated initiative to drive results

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

·         Excellent planning and organizational skills

·         Must be able to demonstrate strong project management skills

·         Experience training and assisting others through coaching,
in-person and webinar training
