*InfoVision* is looking for a *IT Project Manager (Telecom Industry EXP) *for a Long term contract position *Location: Denver CO* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Note:* *Only Face to face Interview, so need only locals.* *Job Title : - **IT Project Manager* *Description* · Scrum management experience · Video, Cable, OSS experience preferred · Experience in managing agile development · Use of agile development platforms: RallyDev and others · Be the team mentor for bringing the Agile development methodology to our client web development initiatives · Will evangelist the Agile Development methodology from end-to-end and will be championing the process · Will act as a subject matter (SME) expert in Agile/ SCRUM · Gather/report all relevant Agile metrics (i.e. burndown charts, Team velocity, etc.). · Utilize experience with Agile software development paradigms to help drive projects and manage/coordinate multiple initiatives and development teams (including offshore). · Facilitate all necessary team meetings (Sprint planning, daily standups, feedback meetings, sprint reviews/retrospectives, etc.). · Conduct Release Planning meetings. · Packaging requirements sets for delivery to offshore development teams, and maintaining ongoing communication with the teams to ensure they are on track. *Qualifications* · Must be expert/ advanced level in Agile (Minimum 6 years experience) in implementing of Agile/Scrum roles, artifacts, and framework. · Expert of Agile values and principles. · Must have experience leading an application development effort that was led using Agile or Scrum Methodology. · Must have 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience and over 7 years of overall IT experience. · Must have several years of leading application development efforts. Strongly prefer custom application development efforts. · Must have excellent communication skills. Will interact with business users and managers, developers, IT Technical staff and IT Managers.
