The Data Modeler is responsible for developing conceptual & logical data models to meet the business requirements for OLTP and Data warehouse applications. Candidate will partner with the BSAs or the Developers on multiple agile sprint teams to gather and refine the business requirements. Candidate will perform data analysis and data profiling and analyze the existing data structures. Understand database query, index, and constraint for supporting OLTP system design with optimized interaction speed. • Interacts and works closely with multiple application development agile sprint teams. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in Data Modeling for OLTP applications. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in Data Modeling OLTP and Data warehouse applications. - 3+ years of experience with Erwin Data Modeler or similar data modeling tools like ER Studio, Power Designer or Visio. - 3+ years of experience with relational databases like Oracle. - Database Certifications, Certified Data Management Professional, DAMA Certification preferred. - Banking or Financial industry experience a plus - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - Strong oral and written communication skills Regards: Sam Williams - Recruiting Manager ITBrainiac Inc.
