They would like a CISSP or similar certification. If not then they must have extensive experience with the 10 domains of CISSP 1)Access Control Systems and Methodology 2)Telecommunications and Network Security 3)Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning 4)Security Management Practices 5)Security Architecture and Models 6)Law, Investigation, and Ethics 7)Application and Systems Development Security 8)Cryptography 10)Physical Security *Day to Day:* The first 4 weeks will be extensive training where they are given formal information and are learning the WFC way of how to do a risk assessment along with Q&A. The next two weeks will be shadowing risk assessments with someone else experienced on the team. Following this they will be assigned several assessments to complete and someone from the team will shadow them. After these two months are complete they will be cut lose to work on their own. They support all lines of business across the entire enterprise. They need to be solid in the Info Sec space and be agile. Once trained they will need to be able to complete the analysis and review of the environments competently.
