*Title: UX Designer/Interaction Designer* *Location: St. Louis, MO* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rate: Open* *Top Three Skills: * *Prototyping tools: just in mind, axure, irise, or similar toolCreation of low and high fidelity prototypesWeb design* *Job Description: * Technical Skills • Proficiency in laying out Web and/or Mobile and/or Tablet designs o Preferred programs are: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign • Understanding of the distinction between wireframing and visual design with experience in both • Strong interaction design experience o For example: § Wireframing § Creation of user flows § Understanding of navigation paradigms § Working with information hierarchy § Knowledge of intuitive Web patterns/controls § Etc. o Mobile/tablet interaction design is a plus • A strong understanding of the Web design space o For example: § Grid systems § Responsive Web/liquid layouts § Web design trends § Etc. • Strong proficiency working on a Windows operating system (cannot be comfortable only on Mac/Apple OS) • Prototyping experience required o Just In Mind Prototyper experience is a plus, but not required o Must be able to do rapid prototyping Other Job Requirements • Collaborative attitude – We are a very low-ego group that work to create artifacts together, not as individuals • Ability to quickly understand concepts and contribute value • Ability to effectively take direction and work somewhat autonomously while staying on task • Strong conceptual skills (ie: deciphering whiteboard diagrams and pencil sketches) • Comfortable with frequent iteration to designs based on feedback from users and business partners • A continued curiosity in subjects related to design and technology • Ability to work effectively with partners located remotely via email and phone • Ability to work in a large corporation on a high visibility project with corporate ‘political awareness’ • Brokerage/banking experience is a plus, but not required • Front end developer experience is not required ****Locals Only, F2F Interview**** *Regards,* *Rahman, * *Sr Resource Recruiter* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *703 246 1849* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
